Roon Maha Som Pratanna, 直接翻譯的話就是好像許願井 代表佛牌可以幫助佩戴者達成自己的願望. 當年師傅做這幫佛牌的時候106嵗 而做這幫佛牌主要的目的是爲了幫Wat Sab Lamyai, Lopburi籌款建廟.  當時的法會是在2543年11月5日在Wat Sab Lamyai 舉行這場 Maha Som Prattana法會, 也就是當時Luang Phu Moon見到Luang Phor Kuay身影在法會出現 (當時龍婆貴已經圓寂). 另外一場就是2543年12月10日在Wat Rakang舉行.

當時幫忙策劃這幫佛牌的人是 Archan Samuphat, 有的人叫Archan Tua 曾經是龍婆貴的徒弟 幫忙Wat Kositaram擴張到很好. 而他也是Luang Phu Moon的徒弟. 當時龍普滿説到自己沒有試過策劃佛牌 就把策劃的工作交給了Archan Samuphat. 而當時Archan Samuphat也沒有經費做 就去找龍普滿, 師傅説到 "Mi Si, Chan Jak Her Ter Som Prattana', 就是說有啊 我現在就給你心想事成. 也因爲師傅這句話 這幫佛牌的名字叫做Rian Maha Som Prattana. 

簡單的說 Roon Som Pratanna 的意思意味著成願 希望配戴者可以心想事成. 這幫佛牌打上去的 Code 也是相當特別 寫著 มี (有), 代表了配戴者會 有財運 有運氣 有權威 . 而當時做了幾種版本包括了 Ner Ngern Nakak Ngern Lonya-60枚, Ner Nawaloha Nakak Ngern Lonya-60枚, Ner Ngern Lonya Ron-85枚, Ner Ngern Lonya Yen-300枚, Ner Nawaloha Lonya (白色)-300枚, Ner Thong Daeng (Block Tek 7 Code)- 676枚, Ner Thong Daeng-10,000枚 等等. 另外還有包括一些做給別的廟的紀念版本 可是數量不多.
